General

  1. Where is your retail outlet located at?
    Our retail outlet is located at 11 Tanjong Katong Road KINEX #03-18 Singapore 437157.


  1. What are the retail operating hours?

We are opened from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 730pm and Sundays 11am to 630am. Do note that we are closed on certain public holidays. Kindly give us a call or check our Facebook page for updates.


Orders

  1. How long does it take for my order to get processed?

Self collection orders are processed and prepared for earliest collection on the next working day while van delivery and standard courier orders are processed within 1-2 working days and 3-4 working days respectively.


  1. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A no-reply auto generated email is sent to your email upon order submission. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail. Alternatively, you may email us at shop@cgsparty.com with your order ID to check on the status.


  1. I have already submitted my order. How do I add more items to my order?

Unfortunately, as your previous order has already been submitted, you are not allowed to add in any more items. Kindly submit a new order and email us at shop@cgsparty.com with your order ID if you would like us to pack them together.


  1. How do I go about if I would like to make a bulk purchase?

For bulk purchases, please email shop@cgsparty.com with the required items and quantity. We will get back to you as soon as we can.


  1. One of my items in my order is missing upon delivery. What should I do?

Please email shop@cgsparty.com with your order ID. In the unlikely event that we have missed out your item from your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.


  1. What happens if I do not collect my order in the pre-selected date and time?

For self-collection orders that are not collected after a month, we will dispose of the items. For van delivery order, the driver will contact the recipient upon arrival. However in the event that the recipient is not there and cannot be contactable, there may be additional charges for delivery if it should require a second delivery trip.


Payment

  1. What are the available modes of payment?

We accept PayNow and inter-bank transfer.


  1. Do you accept cash payment for self-collection orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payment terms for self-collection orders.


Collection

  1. What are the available timings for self-collection at your retail store?

For pick up from store, the available timings are 10.30am – 1pm, 1pm – 4pm, 4pm – 7pm.


  1. Am I able to change my selected timing for self-collection?

Please email us at shop@cgsparty.com with your order ID. Alternatively, you may call us.


  1. What is required during self-collection?

For all self-collection orders, simply present your confirmation order via your mobile phone or a physical printed confirmation order.


  1. Can I appoint someone to collect my order for me?

Yes, simply pass your confirmation email to the person whom will be collecting on your behalf.


Return/ Refund

  1. Am I able to return or exchange the item that I have received?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any returns or exchanges.


Balloons

  1. I have added in several balloons in my online cart. Are you able to tie them in a bunch?

If you wish to have them tied into a bunch, please leave your request under Order Notes during check out. However do note that there will not be any balloon arrangement done. To purchase balloon bouquets with arrangement, please choose under our wide selection of customised balloons and bouquets.


  1. May I request for a different colour ribbon for my balloons or bouquet?

All our balloon ribbons are in silver. Should you require a different colour, please leave your request under Order Notes during check out and we will do our best to accomodate without guarantee.


  1. Do you allow exchanges or refunds for inflated balloons?

Unfortunately we do not allow exchanges or refunds for balloons. Please check your order upon collection.


  1. How long do the inflated balloons stay afloat?

For 12” latex balloons, the float time is approximately 8hrs from the time of inflation. As for foil and alphabet balloons, it can stay afloat at least 1 – 2 days. Please note that the above float times are an estimate and are also subjected on the weather conditions and handling of the balloons. We strongly encourage customers to collect or have their balloon delivered 1-2 hours before the event to prevent the balloon shrinkage, wrinkles or air bubbles.


  1. I have my own latex and foil balloons. Can I bring them to your outlet for helium gas inflation and what are the charges?

Yes you may bring down your own balloons for inflation on-site at our retail outlet. Charges vary from $1.00 for 12” latex balloons and $2.50-$15 for Foil balloons. Do note that CGS Party do not take responsibility for the quality and float times for customer’s own balloons.


  1. What is the lead-time required for customized balloons e.g. Bubble Balloons?

A lead time of 2-3 working days is required for customized bubble balloons and customized foil balloons.


  1. Why are the balloons that I receive not 100% inflated?

Our balloons are always inflated to about 90—95% to allow for the expansion of the gas. This is important to prevent over inflation and bursting especially during the warm humid Singapore climate. It is perfectly normal if you see the foil balloons shrink smaller in a cold environment.


  1. How early are the balloons inflated before delivery?

Depending on the quantity and delivery location, we usually inflate our balloons about 1 hour before delivery.


  1. Do all inflated balloons come with a balloon weight?

Inflated balloons do not come with a balloon weight as they are sold separately. Should you wish to add a balloon weight, you may select “option to add balloon weight” during your selection of balloons.


  1. I have selected un-inflated option for my balloon. How do I go about inflating them at home?

You may use a straw or balloon pump to inflate the balloons. However, if you would like to have the balloons float, helium gas is required.


  1. Do you offer latex helium balloons with customised printing e.g. company logo?

Yes we offer customised balloons for corporate events. Please drop us an email at shop@cgsparty.com


  1. Do you offer helium gas tank rental service?

Yes, we offer 3 sizes of helium gas tank for rental. The rental service is for 3 days and a deposit of $150-$200 is required. Deposit will be returned once we check the condition of the helium tank nozzle and tank.
